  2. 14-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

    You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, regardless of usage. We value feedback but do not require justification to honour your refund.

We reserve the right to decline refunds where:

Products or bundles were sold as non-refundable (clearly marked at point of sale).

There is evidence of policy abuse, including excessive refund requests.

There has been substantial content usage (e.g., over 80% of a course completed).
